Richard has over 20 years of underwriting and management experience in Personal Accident.

Prior to joining Waypoint, Richard was Assistant Director at XL Catlin where he oversaw the development of the Personal Accident division. In previous roles, Richard was the Product Lead for Group Sponsored and Special Risk at Zurich and Underwriting Manager at AIG. Richard began his career as an underwriter with CNA.
