Matt has 20 years experience as a Property Reinsurance Underwriter

Matt most recently served as Senior Vice President and Senior Underwriter for Sompo Canopius Re. In this position, Matt was part of the team who successfully launched the U.S. Reinsurance operations for the firm. Prior to joining Sompo Canopius, Matt held similar roles as Senior Vice President at both XL Catlin and Munich Re. His experience also includes Property Facultative underwriting positions at XL Re and General Re, where he began his reinsurance career in 2001.
